Shipping Coverage
FR Fashion Co. ships to addresses within the United States and internationally. Shipping availability, rates, and estimated transit times are determined by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping Threshold
Free standard shipping is available on eligible light bags (slings and messenger bags) for U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $99 or more (after discounts, before taxes and shipping fees). Eligible sling and messenger orders under $99 ship at a flat $12.99 standard U.S. rate. Backpacks and duffel/travel bags ship at a flat oversized-item rate: $14.99 for backpacks and $18.99 for duffels on U.S. delivery, and are not eligible for the free-shipping threshold. Merchandise subtotal refers to the total value of products in the order after discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping charges are calculated. Free shipping applies to standard domestic delivery only and does not apply to international orders, expedited shipping selections, or orders shipped to U.S. territories not serviced by standard carriers.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays are processed the following business day. Processing time is separate from and in addition to carrier transit time.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is made at FR Fashion Co.'s discretion based on destination and order specifications.
Delivery Address Accuracy
FR Fashion Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Customers are responsible for verifying shipping details prior to order completion. FR Fashion Co. is not liable for orders delayed, misdelivered, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address corrections after an order is placed may not be possible and are not guaranteed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is reported as lost by the carrier, contact us at customerservice@frfashionco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. FR Fashion Co. is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
Customs and Import Duties
For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, and applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping fees collected at checkout. FR Fashion Co. has no control over customs processing timelines and is not responsible for delays resulting from customs holds.

Domestic Returns (U.S.)
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Email customerservice@frfashionco.com to request a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Prepaid labels are not provided for international orders.
- Duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Email customerservice@frfashionco.com with your order number and reason for return for detailed instructions.
- Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after your return is received and approved.
Exchanges
Domestic Exchanges (U.S.)
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

- Exchanges are processed as returns followed by a new order once the original item is received.
International Exchanges
