FR Fashion Co. Shipping Policy
Shipping Coverage
FR Fashion Co. ships to addresses within the United States and internationally. Shipping availability, rates, and estimated transit times are determined by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping Threshold
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $79 or more (after discounts, before taxes and shipping fees). Merchandise subtotal refers to the total value of products in the order after discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping charges are calculated. Free shipping applies to standard domestic delivery only and does not apply to international orders, expedited shipping selections, or orders shipped to U.S. territories not serviced by standard carriers.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays are processed the following business day. Processing time is separate from and in addition to carrier transit time.
Estimated Transit Time
- United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Canada: 5–10 business days after shipment
- Other International: Varies by destination; estimated at checkout
Transit times are carrier-dependent estimates and are not guarantees of delivery. FR Fashion Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is made at FR Fashion Co.'s discretion based on destination and order specifications.
Delivery Address Accuracy
FR Fashion Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Customers are responsible for verifying shipping details prior to order completion. FR Fashion Co. is not liable for orders delayed, misdelivered, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address corrections after an order is placed may not be possible and are not guaranteed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is reported as lost by the carrier, contact us at customerservice@frfashionco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. FR Fashion Co. is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
Customs and Import Duties
For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, and applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping fees collected at checkout. FR Fashion Co. has no control over customs processing timelines and is not responsible for delays resulting from customs holds.
