Warranty Coverage

FR Fashion Co. provides a limited warranty on bags purchased directly from frfashionco.com against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and covers defects that exist at the time of purchase or arise under normal use conditions during the applicable warranty period.

What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including:

Structural stitching failure under normal carrying conditions
Zipper mechanism failure not caused by overloading or misuse
Hardware failure (buckles, D-rings, snaps) not caused by misuse or impact
Material delamination not caused by improper storage, moisture exposure, or environmental conditions

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover, and FR Fashion Co. will not process claims for:

Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, scuffing, surface scratches, and material softening
Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care
Damage resulting from overloading beyond the product's intended capacity
Cosmetic damage, including cuts, cracks, dents, broken plastic components, or damage to exterior finish
Damage caused by water, moisture, humidity, or exposure to extreme temperatures or environmental conditions
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs
Damage resulting from improper storage
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces
Loss or theft
Secondary or consequential damage resulting from a covered or uncovered defect

Proof of Purchase

All warranty claims require valid proof of purchase. Claims submitted without a verifiable FR Fashion Co. order number from frfashionco.com will not be processed. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly through frfashionco.com and does not extend to products purchased through third-party sellers. Products purchased through third-party marketplaces are not eligible for warranty claims through FR Fashion Co. and must be addressed with the original seller.

Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, contact FR Fashion Co.:

All claims must include:

Your FR Fashion Co. order number
A written description of the defect
Clear photographs showing the defect

Incomplete submissions will not be processed. FR Fashion Co. reviews each claim individually and will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Warranty Resolution

FR Fashion Co., at its sole discretion, will determine the appropriate resolution for valid warranty claims. Resolution options may include:

Repair of the defective component
Replacement with the same or a comparable product
Issuance of store credit equal to the original purchase price

FR Fashion Co. does not guarantee product replacement. Resolution is determined on a case-by-case basis. Warranty replacements or repairs do not extend or renew the original warranty period.

Non-Transferable

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. It is not valid for products that have been resold, gifted as part of a commercial transaction, or transferred to a third party.

Limitation of Liability

FR Fashion Co.'s total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. FR Fashion Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to a product defect or warranty claim, regardless of the form of action and whether or not FR Fashion Co. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary by state or jurisdiction.

Extended Protection Option

For additional coverage beyond this limited warranty, eligible FR Fashion Co. products may qualify for the FR Fashion Co. Extended Protection Plan. The Extended Protection Plan provides optional 12-month coverage and must be purchased separately.
