OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be delighted with your FR Fashion Co. products. We offer complimentary returns within 30 days of receipt if you aren't satisfied with your item. FR Fashion Co. returns can be made by mail. We ask that the product be unused, in the original boxes, with all original paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Returns can only be made within the original country of purchase.
If PayPal is used for online purchases, returns for that order must be sent by mail.
While FR Fashion Co. accepts exchanges, You can also follow the return steps below and place a separate order on FR Fashion Co. for the new desired item.
START YOUR FREE RETURN
To return an item purchased on frfashionco.com, securely pack the unused item in the original packaging along with the completed return slip stating the reason for your return, all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Please remove any extra labels from the outside of the package before shipping.
You may bring the package to any USPS/UPS customer counter, authorized USPS/UPS shipping outlet, or present the parcel to a USPS/UPS driver. Keep the USPS/UPS return tracking number to monitor the shipment status.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Once we have received the return, please allow 3-5 days for inspection and processing. The time it takes for a refund to appear on your credit card statement varies from bank to bank.
For online returns, the cost of shipping is non-refundable.
When returning a product purchased with a credit card and a gift card, please be aware that the refund, up until the amount purchased on the gift card, will automatically be refunded onto a new gift card, not your credit card. The remaining balance, if any, will then be refunded to your credit card.

What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discontinued items (if applicable)
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within seven days of the delivery date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
