Duties & Import Fees
All applicable duties and import fees for international orders are collected upfront during checkout. This ensures full cost transparency and prevents surprise charges upon delivery — you’ll always know the total cost of your order before payment.

- Order Processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 2 PM PST are processed the next business day.
- United States: 2–5 business days

Return & Refund Policy
Domestic Returns (U.S.)
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Email customerservice@frfashionco.com to request a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Prepaid labels are not provided for international orders.
- Duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after your return is received and approved.
Exchanges
Domestic Exchanges (U.S.)
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

- Exchanges are processed as returns followed by a new order once the original item is received.
International Exchanges
