Duties and Fees

All duties and import fees for international orders are collected upfront at checkout. This ensures complete cost transparency and prevents unexpected charges upon delivery. Customers will know the full cost of their order before completing payment.

Estimated Shipping Speeds

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
  • United States: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 4–8 business days
  • Mexico: 6–10 business days
  • Other International Locations: Varies by region (estimate shown at checkout)

Return and Refund Policy

Domestic Returns (U.S.)

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Contact us at customerservice@frfashionco.com to request a return authorization and prepaid label.
  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Prepaid labels are not provided for international returns.
  • Duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Email customerservice@frfashionco.com with your order number and reason for return to receive return instructions.
  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the item is received and approved.

Exchanges

Domestic Exchanges (U.S.)

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Contact customerservice@frfashionco.com with your order number and desired item.
  • Exchanges are processed as returns + reorders. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued, and you may place a new order.

International Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not available for international orders at this time.
  • Please return your item for a refund and place a new order if desired.
