Every FR Fashion Co. bag is covered against manufacturing defects for twelve months from the date of purchase. If something fails that should not have failed, we repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What the warranty covers
Coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship that appear under normal use within twelve months of purchase.
Covered
- Faulty stitching or loose seams
- Broken zippers and hardware failures
- Structural and craftsmanship defects
Not covered
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, scuffs and stains
- Damage from misuse, neglect or accidents
- Alterations, modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Lost or stolen items
How to file a claim
- Email us. Write to customerservice@frfashionco.com with a short description of the problem.
- Send photos and proof of purchase. Attach clear photos of the defect and include your order number.
- We review it. Our team confirms coverage and sends next steps, including shipping instructions if the bag needs to come back to us.
- We repair or replace it. Once verified, your bag is repaired or replaced and returned at no cost to you.
Processing time
Most claims are resolved within two to three weeks, depending on repair complexity and stock availability. You receive an email update at each step.
