We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for any items that are in new, unused, and undamaged condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@frfashionco.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
Please note that all returns must be sent back in their original packaging and with all original tags still attached. We also require that you provide us with a tracking number for your return shipment, so we can ensure that it has been shipped back to us safely.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in new, unused, and undamaged condition. If it meets these criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@frfashionco.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as necessary.
